The scent of the salty sea air has given way to the heady perfume of mountain flowers. The sun is hot and bright. You reach a secluded spot, with a perfect view, it's the perfect place.
 
Awaiting you is ice cold water, a selection board of local meats, olives, cheese accompanied with refreshingly chilled Prosecco.
 
You might choose to follow this with a BBQ grilled Fiorentina steak with salad or perhaps a more traditional selection of Italain cold mains; such as torta di vedura, sardinara, focaccia, olive tapenade etc and then finish with fresh seasonal fruit.
