A three room, 60m2 apartment priced at €1420 in Due Porte which includes:
- balcony, 2 bedrooms, living area with kitchenette, bathroom.
- apartment sanitization
- daily cleaning of the apartment
- change every other day of the towels and kitchen towels 
- biweekly change of sheets
- use of kitchen and final cleaning
- air conditioning
- free use of city bicycles to be used, in complete safety, on the beautiful cycle path adjacent to the Residence
- ADSL Wi-Fi Internet connection
- affiliated beaches located opposite to be booked and paid directly to the beach manager
- use of the sun terrace on the 4th floor
